Meat Processing Plant "Płatek " was officially registered in 1992 as a sole trader.

In 2011, it was transformed into the form of a Transparent Company, but production of sausages and smoked meats continued uninterrupted since the 50s of the last century.

Wladyslaw Platek, the father and grandfather of the current owners of the Department, who learned from the Ham industry master, Wladyslaw Przebinda dealt with the smoked products. This name is known among other manufacturers of lisiecka sausage which was, and is made from the best grades of meat and is properly disintegrated.

The current owners still rely on the experience of their father and grandfather. In the modernized Department they retained the same time excellent quality as well as tradition. Products offered are manufactured in accordance with current GMP and GHP requirements. In addition, the company has implemented the HACCP system.

During these years we have expanded assortment, production dynamically increased. Plant products are produced without any chemical additives and smoked in smokehouses natural tree fired with appropriate species and quality.
Our products provide a unique taste and smell.
